Tattered Bliss Sale!

I know...again I've been gone too long. Not going to believe it, but I took a "full" time job. Just a little clarity to that statement...I'm doing a consulting project for my city's IT Department. What can I say? The job just fell into my lap, so I'm going to give it a try. Since I'll be "dating" the city for awhile, I can decide if I want to "get married" once the hiring freeze is lifted. I'll just have to figure out when I'm going to sew and create. I'm sure I'll be able to make time, once I get into the swing of things.

A couple of weeks ago I went to the Tattered Bliss sale. I was not able to go on Friday (the day of the sale), but went on Saturday while they were putting things away. Miss Janice bought a chair, so I went with her to pick it up, and the ladies were gracious enough to let me take pictures...and shop while they packed.

The house was absolutely beautiful. I took many pictures and will just let you enjoy.

The sink faces the eating area

This is the sink side. Too cute.

This TV hides away in this cabinet when not in use.

Eating area in Kitchen - leads to back yard.
There were so many wonderful items outside...

Many of the items came from Germany

Small guest bath off the living room

Cute curtain from a vintage dresser scarf. Living Room stairway. They had items placed on the stairs for sale...and laid out so they prevent anyone from going upstairs. I didn't get a close up, but there are some old German tree holders on the stairs...I was able to get one when I arrived on Saturday. Too cute! I have a close up of the tree holder and it will be at the end of the post.

There were so many lovely linens from Germany.
Master bath....

Again, it all looks like furniture.

Next year I hope to attend the sale the first day. I was able to buy a German embroidered table runner and some vintage red and white napkins.

And here's my small German tree holder.I'm going to be sure and get there early next year!
